James Spiteri Staines is one of the Accounts and Payroll Directors of Beacon Finance. Prior to Founding Beacon Finance, he worked with one of the big 4 audit firms where he worked in the audit department which mainly focused on national clients and with a large CSP where he provided accounting services to a large portfolio of clients, both national and international.
James has more than 10 years’ practical knowledge and experience in the finance industry. James now runs the accounting and payroll function of Beacon Finance.

James Cuschieri is one of the Audit Directors of Beacon Finance. Prior to Founding Beacon Finance, he worked for 10 years with one of the big 4 audit firms including an 18 month spell in the US where he was involved in the audits of Fortune 500 companies mainly in the speciality construction industry and the energy industry.
James has more than 15 years’ practical knowledge and audit experience in various industries including manufacturing, retail, real estate, energy, construction and hospitality.

Michael has more than 13 years’ practical knowledge and audit experience in various industries including manufacturing, retail, real estate, energy, construction, aviation, shipping and hospitality.
